Learn the World of Jo Malone London to passionately deliver our transformative fragrance and lifestyle experiences to your customers—Stylists will provide scented journeys through fragrance discoveries, personalized services, and pampering “me-time” that capture our luxury brand’s ultra-prestige high-touch and our spirit of generosity; will acquire, engage and build loyal customer relationships through consultative explorations; and will drive our menu of Tasting Bar services that builds product arc adoption, and your personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Role Responsibilities
- Demonstrate “customer-centric” mindset and values during all touch-points of the customer journey.
- Adopt, champion, and deliver Jo Malone London’s Art of Gift Giving standards of excellence.
- Support all efforts to reach and exceed top-line sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) respecting and maintaining directives and selling standards.
- Commit to reaching and exceeding consultative service goals designed to acquire, engage, retain, and grow customer relationships.
- Approach “building your business” with a driven, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial outlook.
- Identify, create, and participate in special events that develop relationships and deliver top-line sales.
- Effectively connect with customers, and collaborate with coworkers and management, using excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate, recommend, and share product point of differences to meet specific customer needs.
- Embrace and use omni-channel and POS platforms with demonstrated savviness.
- Support store operations (including opening/closing duties), visual merchandising, and policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory accountabilities, including receiving-in, cycle counts, economizing, and loss prevention measures.
- Take part and take pride in keeping your store looking immaculate, always.
- Maintain our high standards for grooming and personal image to deliver a classic and chic, modern and crisp first impression.

Qualifications
- Proven luxury and/or specialty retail store experience.
- Desire to join a luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand with growth opportunity.
- Passionate about delivering inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for length of shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Anticipated Hourly Range $17.75 to $28.55 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).
