You are an authentic and genuine individual, guided by our culture and mission. You are the face of the store, and with this, you curate a welcoming and caring experience for our customers. You embody the Indigo Experience by sparking inspiration through reading, and enriching our booklovers lives with stories. As a Customer Experience Representative (CER) you are a part of a diverse team who encourages each other everyday to approach our roles with kindness and care.
The holidays can be a stressful and difficult time for some, and as a customer service expert, dealing with hundreds of people a week, you are someone who comes to work with compassion, patience, and empathy while maintaining a fun-loving energy.
