The Global Variety Development Coordinator will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining information from the regions on statuses of varieties and variety information in relation to the pack-plan in each region, obtaining pertinent data from each of the regions and supporting the maintenance of variety data, variety trial database and dashboards. The Coordinator will support tracking of variety sustainability aspects and scorecards, and is responsible for reporting and collecting royalties in all regions. The Coordinator will be responsible for the movement of new varieties to all regions, and for the execution of specific variety trials as well as supporting the PPTC variety trials. They will work in collaboration with both internal and external partners to meet new variety research and commercial development requirements.

Qualifications

Academic:

Ideal Candidate will have a Bachelors Degree of Business, Data Analytics or Agriculture + a Masters of Science, Agriculture or related field.

Professional/Technical Accreditations:

• Knowledge in data collection
• Knowledge in statistical analysis
• Knowledge of potato variety trialing
• Knowledge of crop production
• Knowledge of potato processing
