Replenishment Associate works with a centralized team to serve a group of stores. They are responsible to place purchase orders for product and ensure timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Place orders for replenishment, new items and promotional product
Re buying flyers /promotional items
Ensure stores meet order deadlines and understand order requirements
Monitor order receiving and solve problems related to delays and logistics problems
Make decisions on order timing that will ensure sufficient stock quantities at the best cost
Re-buy a catalog DC inbound/outbound and into stores
PO management
Account management with vendors, merchants and stores
Provide store with service and information
Forecast sales and purchases
Analyze product and category performance
General administrative duties
Qualifications
Strong store operations and product knowledge experience would be an asset
Strong computer skills (especially Excel)
Great attention to detail and demonstrates to be a self-starter
Driven to achieve results
Demonstrate systematic thinking
Demonstrate positive energy & ability to be well organized
Creativity and innovation
Demonstrate effective communicator
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Previous experience in retail or purchasing would be an asset
