Reporting to the E-Commerce Customer Service Team Lead, the E-Commerce Customer Service Coordinator must assist customers processing their requests, maintaining an high level of service and ensure the data is accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions via phone, chat and email regarding accounts, products and services.
  • Assist customers with selection and purchase of products and services and verifies billing amount, considering available discounts, special pricing and shipping costs.
  • Receive and process customer's orders, returns and exchanges & communicates with retail Kent store representatives on issues when needed.
  • Escalate complex customer inquiries to higher level Customer Service Representatives.
  • Maintains records of all contacts and results. Ensures account information and recorded data is accurate.
  • Assists with development and coordination of daily workforce plans (scheduling) to maximize customer service and employee efficiency with other light reporting/analytics duties

Qualifications

  • Completion of High school diploma/GED; post-secondary education would be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening skills to determine customer needs and a best course of action.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt, prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Microsoft office proficiency, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Capable of working independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Previous E-Commerce experience would be considered an asset.
