What You'll Do:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Territory Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching, training, and leading Regional Loss Prevention Managers, collaborating with Retail Operations business partners, creating shrink initiatives, and maintaining sustainable shrink numbers for stores within their territory.

Leadership & Coaching:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Loss Prevention Managers.

  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure professional growth and development.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Training & Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for loss prevention staff.

  • Conduct regular training sessions on loss prevention techniques, policies, and procedures.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training materials.

Collaboration with Retail Operations:

  • Work closely with Retail Operations business partners to align loss prevention strategies with overall business goals.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide insights and recommendations on loss prevention matters.

  • Support store management teams in implementing effective loss prevention measures.

Shrink Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute strategic shrink reduction initiatives tailored to specific store needs.

  • Analyze shrink data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.

  • Implement proactive measures to prevent theft, fraud, and other forms of loss.

Sustainable Shrink Management:

  • Monitor and maintain sustainable shrink numbers across all stores within the territory.

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with loss prevention policies.

  • Report on shrink performance metrics and progress towards targets.

Incident Response & Investigation:

  • Oversee investigations into theft, fraud, and other security incidents.

  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as necessary.

  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Policy & Procedure Development:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of loss prevention policies and procedures.

  • Ensure consistent application of policies across all stores within the territory.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail loss prevention or asset protection management.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Wicklander-Zulawski certified
