Driving Growth Through Strategic Credit Marketing
As a Marketing Specialist- Credit & Financing, you will be a key player in building and driving the development and execution of Home Hardware's credit and finance marketing initiatives. Led by the Assistant Marketing Manager, Marketing- Credit & Gift Card this opportunity will suit someone has experience implementing, developing, and growing credit programs.

- Assist in increasing exposure to each credit program along with developing marketing strategies for each credit and finance products.
- Support the creation and the implementation of the credit card marketing calendar.
- Work with partners to secure marketing placement during key timeframes for credit and other finance programs.
- Support and oversee credit marketing initiatives to support the growth and evolution of each national program.
- Assist in credit card program development, including marketing and communication/training initiatives.
- Work closely with external and internal partners to support the development of Home's credit card programs.
- Provide expertise to the credit card transaction life cycle from presentment to settlement.
- Monitor and track program progress to ensure corporate objectives and tactics are being met by performing quarterly audits for credit programs.
- Facilitate onboarding and training.
- Tracking and reviewing reports for credit programs and promotions.
- Secondary point of contact for credit program by supporting inquires and customer escalations.
- Facilitate monthly reporting and invoicing for credit programs.
We're looking for:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business or Finance with 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of credit and financing programs or loyalty programs in general is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Understanding of direct and digital marketing.
- Ability to build productive business relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience developing and launching new credit marketing programs.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
