Looking for a Stroke of Brilliance
As our Paint & Home Products Consultant, you will be responsible to ensure Home Dealers, and their staff are experts in the Paint and Home Products field. You must be able to develop stores to maximize their Paint and Home Products sales potential. Led by the Sales & Marketing Manager, this opportunity suits someone who is self-motivated and has retail sales experience with Paint and Coatings industry knowledge.
Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here's how:
- Responsibility for sales growth within the territory.
- Provide help to the Dealers and staff for merchandising the Décor area and a thorough Product understanding for the best sales results.
- Must follow store best practices by conforming to corporate policies and procedures.
- Work with Dealers to market their store with the various support material and other marketing initiatives provided by our division.
- Develop and present at annual Paint & Home Products seminars across the country. Comfortable with training and speaking to groups of people.
- The job does require the successful candidate to live in Central Ontario, within the area of Barrie to Toronto and Orangeville to Peterborough.
We're looking for:
- College diploma/ University degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
- Strong paint and retail background.
- Solid business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Good understanding of the paint Industry.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
