What you'll do
It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

• Inventory Management and Control; reviews supply requirement, usage and trends for optimal levels during peak and regular season
• Coordinates purchase orders across Departments including managing and distributing supply efficiently throughout the DC
• Collaborates with Purchasing Specialist and other internal customers providing weekly reporting and updates on supply usage, inventory on hand and assist with purchase orders/replenishments
• Enters purchase requisitions and orders into Oracle; validates purchase orders, packing slips, invoice pricing and quantities delivered/received
• Maintains compliance with Oracle entries with direction from Finance partners
• Conducts year end inventory and may participate in special projects or other duties as required

What you'll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:

• Minimum high school education
• Minimum one (1) related experience in supplies, purchase orders or inventory control preferred; distribution centre or retail experience an asset
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability communicate and interpret information accurately
• Able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members; Must have excellent customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquires or resolving any issues
• Computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Office, knowledge of accounting applications (i.e. Oracle).
• Ability to lift boxes/ objects fifty (50) pounds and above as well as use Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is required; up to and including pump trucks, carts, ladders, etc.

Salary Range: $35,960 - $50,342*

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
