Job Expectations:

  • Team Leadership & Sales Support
    • Lead and support the sales team to uphold company standards and exceed targets
    • Foster a positive work environment, maintaining high morale and teamwork
    • Drive upsells and promote deals in-store and online
    • Ensure swift responses to customer inquiries (email, phone, messages)
    • Train, develop, and manage team members, ensuring consistent performance
    • Fill in when necessary and ensure the store is clean, organized, and customer-ready
  • Customer Experience & Service
    • Deliver 5-star customer service and ensure accurate customer records (in-store and online)
    • Stay knowledgeable about products and understand customer needs
    • Upsell current promotions and respond to customer inquiries with proper scripts
    • Proactively contact online customers to update them on order issues, offer substitutes, and upsell eligible deals
  • Inventory management
    • Place and manage orders with suppliers, keeping inventory accurate and up-to-date
    • Conduct weekly inventory audits and ensure product stock levels are balanced
    • Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts
    • Track and reorder supplies (office, cleaning, etc.), ensuring no overstocking or stockouts
    • Process returns efficiently and follow supplier return policies
  • Communication & Team Organization
    • Keep the team informed of updates via Asana and Slack
    • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure key objectives are met
    • Create and manage staff schedules using QuickBooks
    • Communicate any schedule changes, customer complaints, or team issues through Asana/Slack
    • Ensure team members are clocking in and out correctly
  • Business Growth & Innovation
    • Develop and implement unique deals, promotions, and business initiatives
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier representatives, negotiating and securing special offers
    • Leverage resources effectively to execute innovative ideas and projects
    • Hire team members who align with our work culture and values, using our hiring funnel to ensure the right fit

Job Offers:
