What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role

• Coordinates store fixture rollouts and handles store requisitions, including finalizing vendor commitments, creating project overview spreadsheets, communicating with internal/external partners, tracking PO deliveries and deficiencies, entering fixture and equipment orders for stores, and supporting department administrative requirements.
• Accountable for reconciling department purchase orders and processing payments; reviews and addresses outstanding purchase orders based on finance reporting and requirements
• Maintains the purchasing platform, department tools, and resources; updating fixture item descriptions, vendor shifts, costing changes, and removing obsolete/discontinued fixtures. Additionally, maintains and updates bilingual fixture manuals for all banners, ensuring quarterly updates to all platforms.
• Identifies opportunities and propose suggestions to enhance process efficiencies and effectiveness, contributing to the design and implementation of new procedures.

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, we require the following:

• 1 to 3 years in administration with working knowledge of purchase order processing systems, i.e. Oracle"
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline (e.g., business administration, procurement) is an asset.
• Highly skilled in efficiently and effectively responding to inquiries, demonstrating resourcefulness, and maintaining a pragmatic, solution-focused attitude.
• Strong ability to manage details, prioritize tasks, manage time, and multi-task with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, including proofreading and developing effective working relationships and rapport with both internal and external networks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (intermediate Excel knowledge, Outlook, and Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign.

Salary Range: $43,118 - $60,365* /Year

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
