1 Product Execution Leveraging solid knowledge of retail media, retail marketing, ad technology, ad buyer's perspective, and consumer decision-making to drive ad product strategy, design, and product delivery of advertising products. Support Walmart Connect's advertising program and foster its delivery across Walmart (Owned & Operated) and Walmart network partners.
2. Product Development Create new ad products by partnering with cross-functional teams (stores, tech providers, agencies, and Walmart Global Tech). Including working with vendors, engineering and data science to define design, operations, measurement methodologies, data requirements, APIs and UX. Deliver exceptional products on budget and on time.
3. Product Innovation Drive advertising innovation by leveraging data and media inventory to create value for advertisers. Increase the breadth of premium inventory available to marketers in stores.
4. Product Health and Performance Partner with the team leader to translate strategies into ad tech or vendor requirements and enhance existing products' uptime. Execute the strategy; ensuring high-quality, valuable media inventory. Implement any necessary ad-tech platforms and tools and vendor partnerships.
5. Data Analysis Be able to get your hands dirty by understanding data - do direct analysis, build business cases & persuade marketers and agencies to adopt technologies. Define, measure, and iterate measures of success based on user feedback.
6. Partnerships Foster collaborative relationships with vendor, ad-tech and platform partners while serving as a internal subject matter expert to optimize Walmart media buying using data and technology. Work with stakeholders across departments to deliver high -quality products on budget and on time.
Qualifications
Required-
Experience with advertising, marketing or equivalent
Experience with ads measurement, retail marketing or retail media
Experience contributing to engineering/vendor discussions around key decisions and strategy related to product roadmaps.
Ability to understand objectives and communicate with technical and non-technical partners
Preferred-
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering with solid technical and analytical background.
At least 6 years of product management related experience with key teams to develop, deploy and launch complex technology-driven products.
Experience contributing to vendor discussions around design and production decisions and strategy related to product roadmaps.
Technical experience is an asset, including launching proof of concepts in retail environments
Experience with retail media, collaborating with store operations and merchants is an asset.
Ability to tell stories with data, create presentations, and present to senior management
