1. Manage the Inbound pick up and delivery of all Walmart Freight Suppliers into the DC's, ensuring On Time delivery utilizing Walmart's Transportation System along with effective communication with Suppliers and Carriers
2. Generate Daily/Monthly/Quarterly reports on KPI's for Senior management, analyzing results and working to identify areas of improvement with potential solutions
3. Proactively plan seasonal events to ensure capacity to meet demands, provide support and alternative options for unforeseen constraints/events and communicate effectively any risks, support needs, solutions with stakeholders
4. Support Supplier/Carrier inquiries related to delays, invoicing, recovery needs and identify patterns that require solutions to remove repeat issues. Implement and monitor solutions to ensure improved performance
5. Work collaboratively with Fulfillment, Suppliers and Carriers to identify issues impacting performance and develop and implement solutions to improve performance.
6. Create and maintain an inclusive/engaged environment where associates/Inbound team continues to develop, fostering open communication, continued training and ensuring associates have the tools and skills to successfully complete daily tasks
7. Provide Subject Matter Expertise or represent Inbound on a variety of special projects as required
