You'll sweep us off our feet if:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategically drive marketplace growth in GMV ~ & Commission by influencing marketplace Sellers to improve assortment, product content, price, and inventory strength.
2. Identify strategies and tactics to drive incremental GMV & Views by analyzing Seller assortment, evaluating financial data, and developing insights from customer behavior
3. Partner with Marketplace Business Development & Omni Merchants to identify gaps (Have-it) and opportunities in Seller offers. Support prioritization of Seller recruitment efforts
4. Partner with Platform Site Merchandiser's to co-create campaigns and to elevate the Seller experience
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring Marketplace drives broader Walmart goals and strategies including and not limited to: Technology, OMNI Merchandising, Marketing, SEO & Analytics, Site Merchandising, Legal, Compliance, and third- party
6. Partner with Marketplace Operations to hold Sellers accountable for meeting established ODR Metrics
7. Triage and manage Partner support escalations maintaining trust and enabling Seller success
8. Measure, track and analyze key account metrics, preparing insights, market share in key categories and financial reports of progress on delivery of KPI's (penetration of total business, acquisition of new Customer, Unique Skus sold etc.)
