1. Drive seller visibility and growth on the Walmart Canada marketplace
2. Plan and implement topline growth strategies using various levers such as Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), Sponsored Ads, Assortment Expansion etc.
3. Collaborate cross functionally with assortment strategy, site merchandising, WFS and Business Development teams to drive growth of assigned departments and seller accounts.
4. Ownership of the operational relationship with active Sellers on the Walmart Canada marketplace.
5. Ensure internal (both Walmart Canada and Global) support teams respond to and resolve operational issues in an effective and timely manner.
6. Continuously analyze data and evaluate the quality of marketplace product listings. Coach and guide Sellers on opportunities to drive incremental sales and improve the customer experience. 7. Identify Sellers with frequent out of stock issues and drive Seller accountability for product availability.
8. Identify and remove products from the Walmart Canada marketplace that do not align to the marketplace strategy or Walmart policies.
