1. Manages a portfolio of existing licensees by negotiating renewals, expansions, downsize and exits while acting as a point of escalation for unresolved facilities maintenance issues.
2. Sources new licensees that align with the Licensee Strategy, fostering integration into the Walmart network through a test, pilot and roll out process to reduce overall vacancy and increase revenue in the portfolio.
3. Accountable for influencing internal stakeholders to align to licensee concepts that complement Walmart merchandising strategy through development of business cases to demonstrate accretion to segment income.
4. Strategically develops licensee pipeline through active networking in industry events, leveraging social media, and by fostering peer to peer relationships.
5. Provides detailed input into the development of budget forecasts for the licensed portfolio.
6. Accountable for end to end management of license life cycle from sourcing, agreement negotiation, facilitating construction drawing approval, launch, to day-to-day operations.
7. Proactively manages changes to the licensed portfolio initiated during the real estate planning cycle and through strategic projects.
8. Collaborates across the organization with business partners including, but not limited to Operations, Design and Construction, and Legal on the integration of solutions into the store network.
