1. Spearhead the definition of project scope and goals. Work with stakeholders to clearly outline project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, aligning marketing efforts with company goals.
2. Creating and managing project timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans, set deadlines, and monitor progress against milestones using Wrike project management software.
3. Ownership of coordination with internal teams and external agencies. Facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders, both strategic and creative, using clear and actionable communications.
4. Ensure all marketing projects meet high-quality standards and oversee the integration of content across various channels, utilizing Wrike's approval workflows and file sharing capabilities.
5. Proactive risk management and problem-solving. Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and address issues as they arise.
6. Reporting and stakeholder communication. Generate and distribute status reports, chair meetings, and keep all stakeholders informed.
7. Oversight of active projects within the Design Services team. Revise priorities to reflect changing business needs.
