1. Lead Strategy, Planning and Execution plans for E2E Merchandising Key Events - 90 to 360 days out. This includes leading and facilitating across SBUs for ALL Key Events on the following touchpoints:
• Review of High-Level Scorecard & Key Events Postmortem
• Align on Key Event Guiding Principles and directional changes for Next Year
• Generate and present data driven event sales ambition forecast through the implication from market share analysis, and merchandising AOP growth plans in our monthly leadership alignment meetings
• Present completed Performance Recap of each event
2. Lead Strategy Alignment Meetings. Attendees include: CMO, COO, CCO, Merchant SVPs, Marketing, Digal Experience, Finance and Central Ops. Meeting has the following focuses:
a. Monthly Commercial Strategy Forum (CPS) for cross functional teams
i. Merchandise Support Focus
ii. Event Sales ambition forecasting presentation by BU
iii. Cross Functional strategic focus alignment and planning
b. Regular Bi-Weekly and Weekly Cross Functional Commercial Planning Sessions
i. Merchandise Focus & Led
ii. Event Planning Progress
iii. Risk and Change
3. Change & Stakeholder Management: Proactively keep all relevant stakeholders informed on progress and risks, ensure critical tasks are understood by necessary business leaders and act as a liaison between the project lead, executive, senior management and the cross-functional project team leads as required.
4. Influence - gain consensus and alignment with Merchant leads, and DMM's along with other cross functional leads and/or partners on Events Planning, in accordance with business strategies
5. Support Business Owners in managing multiple workstreams concurrently - setting objectives, managing priorities, milestones, plan/manage meetings with stakeholders with a cross-functional lens.
6. Manages and improves Commercial Strategic Planning process through constant reinvigoration and innovation. Proactively works to improve the entire end-to-end strategy to improve the quality and efficiency of sub-processes.
