Manager, Technology Portfolio
Position Summary...
This role is responsible for enabling Walmart Canada's Technology portfolio by supporting Technology marketing & communications; stakeholder & business relationship management; the effective and accelerated delivery of key programs; the successful adoption and sustainment of technology initiatives. Accountable to develop and facilitate the Tech Portfolio communications in support of the technology vision, engagement model, prioritization framework and overall, what's happening in Technology. Ensures seamless stakeholder management through the establishment and management of centralized and standardized intake process, facilitation of intake discussions, the communication of tech capabilities and support of enterprise standards (TRB). Supports the delivery of key strategic technology initiatives and ensures the successful adoption & sustainment of common enterprise technology through the development of education materials, facilitation, training and continuous improvement.What you'll do...
1 Helps build and maintain a current understanding of Technology Capabilities within Walmart Canada.
2 Develops communication to instill an understanding of technology standards, practices, and platforms across the organization, in alignment with the Tech Vision.
3 Drives the adoption of common enterprise technology through education and training.
4 Develops and delivers marketing and training materials e.g., the WIRE
5 Provides enablement support for projects and complex programs.
6 Establishes standardized intake mechanism for the Technology Portfolio.
7 Establish and utilizes appropriate measurement frameworks to assess the customer feedback loop of technology platforms. Uses the measurement results to refine approaches go forward.
8 Build relationships with stakeholders in technology, product and INTL teams
