1. Lead (with direction from Sr. Director) the annual budget process by aligning targets with lead business partner and then partnering with their organizations to set divisional targets based on market dynamics, historical performance, and any known capital and/or expense investments.
2. Manage performance and hold the business teams accountable to delivery of P&L results through the cadence of the monthly forecast and business review process. Proactively analyze key trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend plans and contingencies to support the business teams' delivery against annual financial targets.
3. Lead (with direction from Sr Director) the LRP process by aligning targets with lead business partner and creating operational building blocks based on trends and planned strategic change. Influence the business on enablers required to deliver against the goals and proactively partner on identifying alternatives based on known risks or gaps.
4. Identify and implement process improvements.
5. Recruit and coach a direct report and facilitate inputs & collaboration across all of Merch + Operations & SC finance.
6. Drive associate engagement by valuing associates, listening and responding to concerns, recognizing and rewarding accomplishments and providing opportunities for growth and development
