1. Influence senior leaders across Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to build a template for varied Supercenters that have specific needs and requirements, that can drive profitable sales and ROI.
2. Build a project plan and track all key milestones across multiple compact store projects and ensure timely delivery through store specific schedules and milestones. Responsible for escalating risks and finding solutions
to mitigate.
3. Build a sustainable process that allows for simplified decision making and outcome mapping for key decisions on compact Supercenters.
4. Responsible for post-grand opening follow ups and ensuring store is setup for success via post-mortem reviews and iterative planning
5. Proactively keep all stakeholders informed on progress and risks, ensure critical tasks are understood by necessary business leaders and escalate risks early.
