1. Accountability for strategic development and delivery of projects and initiatives to improve the customers experience or save costs
2. Develop 3 year strategic roadmap for Innovation and process to deliver financial commitment
3. Provide frequent executive update on key projects to the EC, VPs and Central Ops
4. Initiate, coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders within home office, field management and store operations to meet project timelines, budget and other relevant success criteria successfully
5. Manage a team that assists in the development and implementation of change management (communication & training) strategies to support the introduction, adoption and sustainment of process and/or technology change.
6. Recruit, onboard and develop the Associate Innovation Managers
7. Work with the Ops effectiveness team & Retail Academy to develop training plans for all associates
8. Support the growth of the business through proving subject matter expertise on key business areas like front end, customer service. Help successfully launch and execute digital automation projects within stores such as, front-end systems & processes, shrink programs, etc.
