1. Responsible for developing the KAM strategy that will enable the team to grow a $200M GMV business, lead highly complex marketplace analytics, and plan all tactics (MP events and campaigns) to drive performance and grow sales.
2. Accountable to create and execute a platform that will provide weekly reports to ecommerce leadership on MP GMV performance to target and outline team action plan to deliver expected results.
3. Sole accountability to engage, influence and collaborate with multiple areas of the business (Compliance & Corporate Affairs) to monitor MP item content & quality, customer trust and Walmart Canada brand risk in the marketplace business.
4. Key point-of-contact for Digital Experience team to ensure MP online exposure and event/campaign execution.
5. Collaborate with Merchandising team to align on MP go-to-market strategy within omni category management.
6. Engage, influence and collaborate with Walmart China and International Marketplace Development (IMD) to leverage international resources and grow GMV from cross-border sellers.
7. Manage and plan KAM team hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and overall employee engagement and development.
