What you'll do

It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Accountable for supporting the national Talent Acquisition (TA) team for all business groups across TJX Canada; providing coordination and administration support to complete the recruitment process and ad-hoc support as needed.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of engaged and prequalified candidates for current/future positions through organizing/coordinating/hosting/identifying Talent and Network/Campus Events.
  • Identifies opportunities to build and improve on various existing processes, programs and current standards that directly impact recruitment activities in the business.
  • Assists and participates on special projects as needed.

What you'll need

To begin your career with us, you'll have:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Recruitment.
  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to build cross-functional relationships across the organization; ability to provide guidance and information to candidates on recruitment process; bilingualism English/French speaking & written is an asset.
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools inclusive of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams.
  • Good organizational skills to help prioritize activities and resources to meet the department needs; ability to track, update and maintain project activities and timelines.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills including analysis of information to effectively resolve issues and implement solutions.

Salary Range: $42,330 - $59,160* /year

*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
