We’re looking for an Inventory Control & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Healthy Planet family! Responsibilities

  • Leverage smart inventory practices/tools to determine optimal inventory required to allocate/replenish to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Identify the root causes of issues such as out-of-stock and aged inventory through the collection and analysis of data and provide recommended solutions.
  • Maintain stock rotation and replenishment.
  • Prepare requisition orders to replenish materials, equipment and stock in a timely manner.
  • Effectively document and communicate key assumptions related to replenishment order.
  • Report outdated inventory stock, disposals and required inventory adjustments.
  • Manage and analyze inventory ordering requirements from vendors to distribution centers ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve sales targets.
  • Track Purchase Order Progress and follow up with vendors on shipping.
  • Plan and coordinate the efficient movement of goods in accordance with customer demand and company resources.
  • Ensure appropriate service levels are maintained and managed at the distribution centers and stores.
  • Work with departments, ensuring supply chain goals meet with company targets.
  • Craft strategies to handle supply chain challenges, spanning from supplier issues to market shifts.
  • Champion efficiency in the supply chain using lean methods and top practices.
  • Perform other duties assigned from time to time.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, procurement practices, and logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated track record in optimizing supply chain processes and driving efficiency improvements.
  • Familiarity with inventory management techniques, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
  • Replenishment, Allocation, and order management experience is required.
  • Experience in the retail industry is Ideal.
  • Strong experience in NAV & MS Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and operate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multi-task.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-directed and motivated to independently accomplish results.
