The quest

As a forensic expert, you'll be solving some of the most peculiar and perplexing cases that come our way. No mystery is too small or too big for you to handle.

  • Conduct investigations to determine the origin and cause of fires and explosions for properties, vehicles, and equipment
  • Visit scenes and capture photographs, videos, samples, readings, and any other information you deem helpful to solve the mystery
  • Interview witnesses and other parties involved in the investigation, all while showcasing your outstanding people skills
  • Perform on-site studies, simulations, and analyses related to fires and explosions
  • Fully leverage our procedures and guidelines as part of ISO-certified Quality Management System
  • Gather your findings, analyze, and create a report for peer review
  • Represent the company with your friendly and professional attitude during client interactions and strengthening relationships with them
  • Collaborate with other investigators to solve multidisciplinary mysteries. Our experts love to step up and extend help when needed

What's in your bag?

  • A combination of appropriate education and relevant experience. We are hiring all experience levels
  • Prior fire investigation or fire fighting experience. CFEI and/or CVFI certification a definite plus
  • Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Skilled and interested in technical and hands-on work
  • Excellent ability to synthesize and analyze information, as well as to identify and solve problems
  • Ability to author technical reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • French language skills would be great
