Who You Are:
2 years' experience in retail management and customer service
A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
Ability to make complex decisions with integrity that supports company guidelines
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Smart Serve Certification is required.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
What you'll be doing:
Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and creating a communication plan to present to the store team
Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards
Ability to make schedules for staff and work on creating a sound work environment
Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
Accountable for all aspects of in store inventory
Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team in the store.
Develop merchants at all levels through coaching, training and one on one discussions
May have the opportunity to manage multiple stores

Compensation: Budgeted Range - ($49,517.00 - $64,081.00) The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
