  • Assist the Senior Manager, Experiential & Partnerships, in collecting, presenting, and handing off key deliverables from cross-functional teams, external partners, agencies, and vendors to maintain program momentum from ideation to post-analysis
  • Lead and support key experiential project activations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including Brand Marketing, Social, Integrated Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, Retail, and Operations, to execute market plans
  • Craft detailed briefs for experiential projects, inclusive of objectives, deliverables, considerations and all other relevant information to kick-off initiatives

    • Supporting the Senior Manager with budget maintenance and project tracking tools
    • Maintaining up-to-date files with presentations, photos, contracts, invoices, etc.
    • Submitting internal process intake forms to obtain support for all 360 activations
  • Assist the Senior Manager and Project Manager in managing the planning calendar to ensure clear sightlines
  • Build and nurture relationships with partners, agencies, and key stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly agency and partnership calls, providing status updates, taking notes, and recapping key deliverables and action steps
  • Develop comprehensive recaps following each program promptly
  • Direct and collaborate with onsite Sephora Beauty Advisors during activations
  • Provide on-site management as needed; travel within Canada up to 20%
  • Draw inspiration and best practices from various industries to apply to our business
  • Advocate for Sephora vision, practices and beliefs in your daily work

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in the experiential marketing world
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • You have a keen eye for detail while leading and balancing multiple projects, prioritizing integrity and accuracy in your craft
  • You are adaptable, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and relish in working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to drive shared success
  • You are flexible, upbeat and energetic - a self‐starter with the ability to quickly build strong partnerships and effectively communicate needs and challenges
  • Great at expressing yourself clearly and creatively, in writing, conversation, and presentations at all levels of the organization
  • You love solving problems creatively and are agile in ambiguous situations
  • You're game for travel - up to 20% travel required
