ABOUT THE ROLE:
Passionate about Planning? As the Director of Planning, you will be responsible for key functions of Merchandise planning, collaborating with Demand Planning, in-season open to buy management and inventory flow. In this role, you will be responsible for developing budgets, determine allocation & replenishment strategies to ensure optimal balance of inventory to achieve sales, margin & turnover targets. You will partner closely with leaders of Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance to develop strategy, align resources, manage risk & maximize opportunities to grow the business.
