What you'll do

Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Transformation Management, the Manager, Transformation Workstream Enablement will be a key partner to True North Initiative Leads and Workstream Leads in driving the execution of initiative roadmaps. This role requires developing a deep understanding of initiative outcomes and acts as a facilitator to proactively identify risks, issues, and roadblocks to initiative success. They will act as a "connector" to bring enterprise-wide context to identify solutions to ensure CTC delivers on its financial and strategic objectives.

This role will work closely with initiative teams and the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to identify key milestones and deliverables for value creation and leverage the weekly SteerCo operating cadence to escalate decisions and trade-off discussions as needed, to allow the organization to move at pace.

  • Support True North Initiatives: Act as the main liaison for the TMO, working directly with Initiative Leads to monitor progress related to CTC's commercial portfolio (CCO, COO, CDO purview).
  • Initiative Lead Support & Orchestration: Provide strategic support for Initiative Leads in managing roadmap milestones, proactively identifying risks or concerns in dependencies and resource constraints. Collaborate with senior leaders to clear paths for initiative teams, surface dependencies, and connect the dots across initiatives and functions within CTC.
  • Track Progress & Manage Risks: Maintain visibility of initiative roadmap progression and milestone completion, identifying where intervention or escalation is required. Raise risks and issues to TMO leadership for executive discussions.
  • Active Facilitation: Facilitate discussions to understand the full implications of initiative progress/delays including impacts to financial and strategic objectives, upstream or downstream dependencies, funding, and/or resource requirements.

What you bring

  • Project Management: Extensive experience in project management or a related field with proven ability to manage complex, highly cross-functional delivery streams.
  • Retail Expertise: Deep understanding of retail operations and capabilities, with specific expertise in areas such as pricing/promotions, merchandising, loyalty, and/or digital products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; demonstrated comfort in presenting and collaborating with senior leaders (VP+).
  • Curious & Growth Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity and able to form a clear path where one does not currently exist, while bringing others along the journey. Naturally curious and inquisitive, takes initiative to understand gaps in knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. A "figure it out" approach to any challenge or opportunity.
