What you'll do
The IT Martech Chapter Manager is responsible for leading the integration, optimization, and strategic alignment of marketing technologies across the organization. This role bridges marketing and IT, ensuring that the Martech stack supports business objectives and delivers data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences.
This role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about driving innovation through technology while fostering collaboration across teams.
In this role, you'll do:
Martech Strategy Development: Design and implement a cohesive marketing technology strategy with automation as a priority.
Technology Integration: Oversee the integration of marketing tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, analytics platforms) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Data Management & Analysis: Monitor data quality, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for platform optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, and other departments to align technology solutions with business needs.
Training & Support: Lead and evangelize a culture of continuous learning and technology adoption within the marketing sphere. Ensure that appropriate documentation is adhered to and maintained throughout.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
What you bring
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Digital Marketing Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Martech or a similar role.
7+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
Expertise in marketing technology platforms such as: SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Adobe AEP Suite, ActionIQ, Google Ad Management and Cloud Platforms, DOMO, Databricks.
Development Leadership Experience utilizing strong Agile SDLC principles.
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and how they are tie into technology adoption (e.g. ROI, ROAS, CPA, CLV, NPS, CPM, etc.) .
Proficiency in aligning marketing technology initiatives with overall business and marketing strategies.
Strong skills in managing multiple complex projects and ensuring that timelines, budgets and resources are effectively adhered to.
Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and system interoperability.
Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data for decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and drive change.
Development experience in ReactJS, OmniStudio, APEX, Java, ADO, Git and Github are an asset.
Certifications in Martech platforms or project management are an asset.
SAFE for Agile Certification an Asset.
