What you'll do

The Endless Aisle Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Online Assortment Program (Extended Aisle/Drop Ship) as well as supporting various elements of onboarding new SKUs and suppliers to the program. You will be responsible for the accurate and on time delivery of reporting, competitive and operational analysis, assisting with process improvement projects, working to improve vendor compliance, coordinating, assisting, and tracking of onboarding and other ad hoc requests.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage the day to day aspects of the role, can deal with complexity and ambiguity, has strong organizational skills, and works well with cross functional teams to collaborate and deliver on a variety of projects.

This fast-paced environment requires a highly organized and motivated individual with the passion to learn. You must have a customer- focused mindset to help you make data and process driven decisions.

As an Endless Aisle Analyst, you will be responsible for product onboarding for the Endless Aisle (Drop Ship) assortment at CTR, Sport Chek, Atmosphere and Mark's. Your expertise in project management, data analysis, and strategic insights will be crucial to the success of this role.

Team Management & Product Onboarding Project Management

  • Onboard product in pipeline, facilitate assortment updates, product style setup, buyer approval coordination, product classification, and pricing.
  • Ensure the timely and efficient execution of the product onboarding process, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering their professional growth and development.

Assortment Performance Analysis & Recommendations

  • Collaborate closely with the buying team to understand assortment strategies and business objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly touch bases with buyers to present comprehensive analyses on assortment performance, including sales trends, customer feedback, and product insights.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving assortment curation and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to enhance the performance of existing product assortments and suggest potential new product categories.


Vendor Relationship Management

  • Work in conjunction with the Endless Aisle Analysts to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with vendors, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Strive to build strong, long-term partnerships with vendors, fostering a positive and mutually beneficial working relationship.

Process Optimization

  • Continuously review and improve the product onboarding process, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy, system integrations, and overall operational effectiveness.

Market & Industry Research

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to make informed decisions regarding product assortments and pricing strategies.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in e-commerce, product management, supply chain coordination, dropship, or marketplace is an asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with buyers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, influence change, collaborate, and persuade cross-functionally at all levels of the organization and with external partners
  • Customer focused while managing multiple competing demands from many stakeholders
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach to assortment planning.
  • Familiarity with drop shipping operations and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
  • Fundamental understanding or passion to learn Google analytics and ThoughtSpot.
  • Comfortable pulling, manipulating, and analyzing data to drive insights preferred.
  • Great at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when working with large sets of data.
  • Ability to tackle multiple projects, of varying scope, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
