What you'll do
The Procurement Operations Specialist plays a key role enabling the seamless engagement of vendors with our procurement systems and processes. The successful candidate will ensure that vendor inquiries and transactions are prompt and effective, and they will play a role in the testing and roll-out of new capabilities as we transform Procurement.
Train vendors to use our procurement systems and processes.
Identify issues and drive them to resolution.
Execute vendor management processes
Ensure that vendor users have appropriate access to our procurement systems.
Support the projects being undertaken to improve our procurement IT systems
Support external and internal clients using on a variety of CTC's Procurement systems.
What you bring
Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain
2+ year experience in a client facing or customer service role.
Experience mass retail or category management or merchandise procurement
Customer service mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Skilled Excel user
Communicates and educates clearly in writing and orally
Detail and action oriented
Able to learn new systems and processes quickly and contribute to their continuous improvement
