We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to work as a Branch Manager in our showroom in Waterloo. This role is a full-time position that allows the successful candidate the opportunity to grow in a challenging and rewarding work environment.

What are the responsibilities of the job?


Customer service


  • Exceeding customer expectations with impeccable, customized service
  • Advise customers on style, trend, fabric and fit
  • Taking measurements and fitting our customers
  • Manage customer dissatisfaction
  • Create a lasting professional relationship with customers and address their concerns


Human Resources


  • Interviews, hiring and training
  • Ensure the follow-up and training of new employees
  • Manage schedules and track hours worked in collaboration with the payroll department
  • Analyze, evaluate and establish performance objectives for the team


Administration


  • Ensure smooth overall store operations
  • Lead the team in the achievement of set objectives and sales forecasts
  • Be the resource person for the team for all questions
  • Ensure daily communication with our suppliers
  • Plan and create team meetings
  • Prepare and participate in quarterly management meetings


    Market Development


    • Establish a growth plan
    • Analyze and develop the current client base
    • Analyze partnership and sponsorship requests received
    • Participate in networking events
    • Organize in-store networking events


    What experience do you need?


    • 5+ years of experience in customer service
    • 5+ years of sales experience
    • 5+ years of retail experience
    • Knowledge of men's fashion and custom clothing is an asset
    • Proficiency in Google Suite tools
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good energy management
    • Good prioritization
