Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales & Operations Director in the management of the various stores activities to increase sales and maximize the achievement of the company's objectives;
  • Support the stores in your sector in achieving their objectives and ensure the maximization of resources related to operations;
  • Ensure the implementation of marketing plans;
  • Ensure the hiring, support the training and professional development of talent in stores;
  • Analyze the daily/weekly/quarterly performance of the region in terms of sales performance indicators and ensure the implementation of relevant action plans;
  • Ensure a sustained field presence and echo the reality to guide business decisions;
  • Participate in forecasting and budget analysis alongside the President, the Sales & Operations Director and the finance team;
  • Develop professional and strategic relationships with Optometrists in your region;
  • Manage, supervise and evaluate the performance of your team;
  • Communicate and support the company's values and be an excellent spokesperson.

Requirements

  • Be a graduate of a high school and graduate program, an asset;
  • Have at least two years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both French and English, an asset;
  • Have a great ability to travel anywhere in your region, according to operational needs;
  • Have strong leadership and coaching skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion, professionalism and discernment;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and dashboards.
