Job Description

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Branding:

  • Ensure consistency across all visual and sensory elements, from signage and displays to music, lighting, and scent.

  • Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to maintain an on-brand store environment.

Customer Experience:

  • Design and optimize the in-store customer journey to ensure it's engaging, seamless, and aligned with the brand.

  • Continuously enhance store flow and sensory branding elements.

Events & Activations:

  • Plan and execute in-store events and activations that attract and engage the target audience.

  • Develop creative strategies to increase foot traffic and customer interaction through memorable experiences.

Foot Traffic & Acquisition:

  • Create and implement strategies to attract new customers, including seasonal promotions, partnerships, and incentives.

  • Utilize in-store touchpoints, such as QR codes and tablets, to encourage newsletter sign-ups and enhance customer engagement.

PR & Coordination:

  • Manage PR efforts for in-store events, ensuring effective communication of the brand's message to media and the public.

  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to align in-store activities with broader campaigns.

Campaign Strategy:

  • Actively participate in campaign development, ensuring alignment of in-store branding and promotions with overarching brand strategies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Retail Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, retail experience management, event planning, or a related role.

  • Experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sensory branding and retail layout design principles.

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to plan and execute events and activations.

  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and customer-centric design.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing platforms is a plus.

  • Knowledge of data-driven decision-making tools to analyze event performance and foot traffic.
