Job Summary

The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for launching and managing key information on our website including the assortment, promotions, product and category information. The analysis of the website’s performance through web and sales metrics to continuously improve the website is a critical aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and supervise the ongoing operations of the brands’ e-commerce site and supported marketing material;
  • Align all E-commerce activity (web layout, site navigation, personalization tools, promotional activities) to achieve and surpass objectives of performance according to these metrics;
  • Continuously improve the online experience by ensuring the key tools on the website are effective and are maximizing the sales conversion process with respect to navigation and search;
  • Effectively coordinate with a team of skilled creative and technical people that design, develop and maintain the web experience aligned with the Brand’s creative vision;
  • Supervise online customer experience to increase retention, conversion and customer satisfaction KPI’s;
  • Enhance the online store performance through site analysis and metric reviews;
  • Influence and execute digital best practices to ensure quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and e-commerce growth;
  • Review analyses with multiple teams (e-commerce, planning and allocation) to plan future online activities;
  • Define and effectively manages project expectations with the digital team and divisional stakeholders;
  • Run regular A/B tests on the web site to improve sales and customer engagement;
  • Develop briefs for the online production team, manages marketing and e-commerce calendar.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of merchandising experience in an e-commerce organization;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or Digital Marketing or similar degree preferred;
  • Experience with Shopify;
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint or similar presentation applications;
  • Experience in an agency environment, an asset;
  • Communicate with tact and diplomacy; written communication is clear, concise, and understandable;
  • Excellent problem solving skills, accurately defines problems and uses facts to come to a reasonable solution;
  • Strong sense of initiative, actively influences events, goes over and above task requirements;
  • Plans and organizes work, initiates action to achieve optimal results, meets established schedules and plans.
