- Créer de façon autonome des conceptions originales pour les intérieurs résidentiels à l'aide du plan conceptuel de RH et d'une connaissance approfondie de l'assortiment de produits de RH
- Déterminer les objectifs de conception pour l'espace individuel du client, en tenant compte de l'architecture, de l'environnement et du mode de vie du client
- Utiliser des plans d'agencement, des croquis et des présentations visuelles pour illustrer comment le plan conceptuel de RH sera interprété pour l'espace personnel du client
- Veiller à ce que les objectifs financiers soient atteints au moyen de projets de conception et de consultation en aménagement de galeries
- Rencontrer les clients à la Galerie et à domicile
- Diriger de multiples projets de conception de diverses tailles
- Maîtriser, exécuter, enseigner et soutenir les interactions quotidiennes avec les clients grâce au plan conceptuel de RH pour la conception intérieure résidentielle
- Superviser avec succès toutes les phases de l'expérience client, du premier contact à la prestation de services
- De préférence au moins 5 ans d'expérience en conception au sein d'une société de conception ou d'ameublement haut de gamme et de vente au détail de luxe
- Diplôme d'art, d'architecture ou de conception d'intérieur ou similaire préféré
- Portefeuille professionnel requis
- Expérience pratique en aménagement d'intérieur préférée
- Maîtrise d'AutoCAD, d'Adobe Creative Suite et d'autres programmes connexes d'aménagement de l'espace et de rendu et solides compétences en présentation graphique et numérique
- De solides compétences artistiques, y compris des capacités de rendu manuel et de dessin, sont préférées
- Être axé sur les résultats avec une capacité avérée à motiver, influencer et inspirer une équipe
- Engagement envers la qualité et attention particulière aux détails
- Se tenir au courant des tendances locales et mondiales de l'industrie du design
- Expérience en direction ou en affaires préférée
- Une gestion de projet réussie est préférable

RH Interior Designers play an integral role in providing design services to walk-in clientele within an RH Gallery. This role is ideal for seasoned innovators with leadership qualities coupled with extensive interior design experience. RH Interior Designers possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a thriving design business within their Gallery location.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
- Independently create original designs for residential interiors using the RH design point of view and in-depth knowledge of the RH assortment
- Determine design objectives for client's individual space, considering the architecture, the environment and the client's lifestyle
- Use floor plans, sketches and visual presentations to illustrate how the RH design point of view will be interpreted for the client's personal space
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved through design projects and gallery design consulting
- Meet with clients both in gallery and in home
- Lead multiple design projects of various sizes
- Master, execute, teach and support daily client interactions through the RH design point of view for residential interior design
- Successfully oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design or similar degree preferred
- Professional portfolio required
- Hands-on interior installation experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning and rendering programs with strong graphic and digital presentation skills
- Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferred
- Results-driven with proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire a team
- Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Current with local and global design industry trends
- Leadership or business experience preferred
- Successful project management preferred
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Licensed to drive preferred
- Ability to travel locally or out of state
- Ability to lift and move small to medium items, up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
