Job Purpose:

The Fashion Advisor will represent Maska, an Italian fashion brand, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience for each client. Through outstanding customer service and effective sales techniques, the Fashion Advisor will contribute to growing the client base, meeting sales objectives, and fostering long-term client loyalty.

 

 You are the heartbeat of our brand. You will leverage your warmth, authenticity, and genuine spirit to build long-lasting and meaningful relationships with your clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients, establishing and nurturing strong relationships from the first point of contact and providing best-in-class service, both in-store and remotely.
  • Offer a personalized, client-centric experience that builds lasting relationships and enhances brand loyalty, driving repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and aspirations, create connections, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
  • Develop and expand the client base by attracting new clients and cultivating existing relationships.
  • Utilize in-store technology to ensure a smooth, pleasant, and relevant experience for clients.
  • Upholding the brand’s image as an Ambassador by presenting a professional and sophisticated appearance through impeccable personal grooming and etiquette.
  • Enhance the client experience by sharing insights on local lifestyle trends (arts, theater, travel, etc.).

 

 

 

 

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Ability to drive and exceed sales targets.
  • Select the right products for each client’s needs and effectively utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales, creating new opportunities.
